Nancy Small is a Certified School Psychologist, Certified Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist, and Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She worked as a counselor to children with Special Needs at the New York City Board of Education for 30+ years. She maintained a private practice treating children, adolescents, and adults for several years. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Actionplay and has kick-started a scholarship fund for students participating in Actionplay programs. Her passions include investigating rites of passage across cultures and adventure travel.
