Nancy Small is a Actionplay board member, Certified School Psychologist, Certified Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist, and Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She worked as a counselor to children with Special Needs at the New York City Board of Education for 30+ years. She maintained a private practice treating children, adolescents, and adults for several years. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Actionplay and has kick-started a scholarship fund for students participating in Actionplay programs. Her passions include investigating rites of passage across cultures and adventure travel.
Nancy Small also started the The Bingledorf Scholarship fund, Actionplay’s way of truly being inclusive to our prospective participants. The Bingledorf Scholarship is based on financial need. The Bingledorf will cover all or partial tuition for any of our AIMS or self-access programs.
